With this job we completely demolished the existing deck. On the new deck, we extended the length 2 feet on one side, dug all new footings, all new framing, raised the deck height to the bottom of the doors for ease of use, Trex composite decking, and all vinyl railing system. Also added a large set of steps off of the side.
